USA Hockey Game Labels

All teams participating in the tournament will be required to utilize USA Hockey certified rosters with game labels on game sheets. Labels can be brought to the event or a completed label can be provided prior to November 1, 2022 to hnicebreaker@gmail.com. The label will then be already on your teams game sheet by the tournament start date. 

 

Requirements:

Must be in a .doc file

No emailed labels after November 1, 2022 will be accepted and must be brought by the team manager
